I often times see people struggling, trying to get more out of life, only to find themselves frustrated. The difference between those who achieve results and those who do not comes down to one key word: Discipline. If you do not have discipline, you will not, in fact, you cannot achieve much. Discipline is what gets you up earlier than others, it’s what makes you eat what you should, not what you want. Discipline is what gives you new spiritual insights because you kept digging into that Bible verse while others just closed their bibles and said to themselves “the Bible is just too hard to understand.” Is there an area of your life you are frustrated with? Maybe it’s time to face a difficult truth: Most of our complaints are really a sign that we have not invested the price to succeed in “that” area. Want new results? Add one ingredient – Discipline.
“The fruit of the Spirit is…self-control.” Galatians 5:22-23 NIV

You hit me hard man. Thanks for the encouragement. I preached on the Fruit of the Spirit yesterday and even said Self Control/Discipline is one of the toughest for me because the hardest person to lead is yourself. I printed out the post and it's on my desk to read every day. Thanks.
